Tricia Richardson
Tricia Richardson is a faith-driven CEO and leadership coach with more than 30 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations to grow with purpose and measurable impact. As Founder and former CEO of SC Thrive, she scaled a small rural health program into a statewide nonprofit with over 65 employees, $9 million in annual revenue, and $1 billion in economic impact. Today, through Uz and Buz Partners, Tricia helps executives and teams clarify vision, strengthen culture, and lead with empathy, accountability, and results.
A lifelong encourager and developer of leaders, Tricia combines strategic insight with empathy to help people lead with purpose and build lasting impact—both in business and in life. She and her husband, Alan, share a blended family of three children and six grandchildren, who keep her grounded in faith, laughter, and legacy.
